Frontier Bundles, a Utah-based ISP, is running what they call the Flip Phone Challenge that will see one person selected who says they're willing to give up their modern smartphone for a week in favor of an old flip phone.

The company may per chance perhaps also provide the participant with a "survival kit" that involves a physical procedure to be outmoded moderately than apps corresponding to Google Maps, a physical phone e-book for jotting down phone numbers, a pen and notebook, and CDs with '90s-technology tune.

Frontier Bundles, a Utah-based Internet service provider, said it is "looking for one courageous soul to willingly give up their smartphone for a full seven days in favor of a flip phone".

Most of us couldn't live without our smartphones, but could you do it for $1,000?
