Breakpoint, the new open-world shooter is coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC this fall, and it introduces some notable changes to the tactical shooter franchise. This time around, players will set foot in Auroa, which is described by Ubisoft as "a mysterious island where the most technically advanced facilities meet wild and untamed nature". Players can get seriously wounded, gun attachments have noticeable effects, enemies will be tougher and you can rub yourself with some lovely dirt for camouflage.

Ghost Recon: Breakpoint's name was leaked alongside a special edition version of the game yesterday. Auroa is home to Skell Technology, a corporation specializing in AI drone tech.

According to recent reports, the next Ghost Recon game is called Breakpoint and could be a sequel to 2017's mega-popular Wildlands. "The appearance and load-outs are carried across both the campaign, and the player-versus-player modes - the latter will be available to all players at launch". These post-launch content drops will happen once every four months.

He called Mueller's report "the Bible" and that "they say he did nothing wrong". I was very surprised to see my son-my son is a good person, he works hard.

The timing of this lends credence to it being real: the next Ghost Recon game is due to be officially revealed at 7:30pm this evening. It features a 24cm figurine of Walker, a map, art work, the Year 1 Pass, Ultimate Pack (extra missions, vehicles, cosmetics and other bits and bobs), plus the chance to play the game three days early. "This is just the natural progression for us", explains Leprestre, "we're committed to many years of post-launch with this game, so it seemed natural to us that we should give a lot more challenge to those hardcore players who really want to invest in the universe".

"You are no longer the hunter", says Ubisoft.

It's out on October 4, on Xbox One (yes, with X enhancements), PlayStation 4 and PC.
