In his letter, Barr said the special counsel did not find a criminal conspiracy between Russian Federation and Donald Trump's associates during the campaign, but Mueller did not reach a conclusion on whether Trump obstructed justice. In response to a report that offices on the Hill are ordering whiskey and preparing pizza orders for the Thursday news dump, MSNBC legal analyst Glenn Kirschner said there was a "strong likelihood" of impeachment-worthy material.

With those two indictments already public and bearing no apparent link to the president, the focus may be on what Mueller concluded, if anything, about other incidents that involved contacts between Russians and people in Trump's orbit.

"Why should Radical Left Democrats in Congress have a right to retry and examine the $35,000,000 (two years in the making) No Collusion Mueller Report when the crime committed was by Crooked Hillary, the DNC and Dirty Cops?"

Barr is not required by the regulations governing the special counsel to share the report with the public or notify Congress of more than "brief notifications, with an outline of the actions and the reasons for them". But on the issue of whether Trump obstructed justice, Barr said the report neither exonerated or indicted the president.

Attorney General William Barr echoed Trump's insistence last week in congressional testimony that his campaign was spied upon, although he told lawmakers he had so far found no proof. He produced a four-page summary 48 hours after he first saw it, but has held back details other than a few short passages he quoted about Mueller's product.

Barr, a Trump appointee, has pledged to be as transparent as possible. Show us the report and we can draw our own conclusions. "Attorney General Barr will make the decision!" "The sooner they can give us the information, the sooner we can all make a judgment about it". Instead, Barr said he did not believe the evidence was sufficient to prove that Trump had obstructed justice.

The House Judiciary Committee voted earlier this month to authorize a subpoena for Mueller's full report and evidence, depending on what Barr turns over. Barr had testified that it would come out this week, but the timing was unknown.
