Samsung's 5G Galaxy S10 debuts in South Korea first on April 5th

"The introduction of the Galaxy S10 5G is a key milestone in Samsung's research and development that also includes key breakthroughs like the world's first gigabit speed 5G transmission, the first 5G handover between multiple cells, and now, its first 5G smartphone available on the market", a Samsung official said.

At the moment the price is unknown but per industry analysts, it could cost $1,332 in South Korea.

The outlet did not discuss the naming of the two products - Samsung now differentiates its most premium Galaxy S-line handsets by adding a "+" in the name of the larger model.

In one way or another, the naming scheme will likely reflect that of the Galaxy S10 series to a degree, but the exact monikers would shed more light on Samsung's plans.
