Courtesy of Twitter user Wario64, it also appears that Borderlands 3 will be released on the Epic Games Store.

The latter has led some to speculate that perhaps Epic has secured another high-profile exclusive, and therefore Borderlands 3 won't be offered on Steam.

Borderlands own Twitter account looks to have released the release date of Borderlands 3 ahead of this week's reveal event.

The tweet, which appears to have been unintentionally published on Monday, states "Mayhem is Coming September 13". Gearbox CEO, Randy Pitchford, tweeted his support for the Epic Games Store late a year ago and stated that he was excited to support it himself. It's worth also noting that on December 4, 2018 - the same day Epic announced its new marketplace - Gearbox boss Randy Pitchford tweeted that he was "excited to support the Epic Games store".

Everton ease past ragged West Ham
Very proud of what we did here", he told reporters. "It was one of those days, and we need to put it behind us now". It was Everton who went closest to adding a third when Richarlison's late header hit the crossbar.

White House apparently has overturned denials of security clearance for 25 people
The House Oversight Committee, led by Elijah Cummings (D-MD), plans on looking into the matter further. The White House has not responded to repeated requests for comment.

Last but not least, Pitchford stated that he has a very keen interest in cross-platform play and that Epic has been support cross-platform play for a long time. While the tweet has been deleted, people are now speculating on which digital store Borderlands 3 will be released to for the PC. As the most vocal parts of the gaming community have pushed back against the Epic store in the past few months, these tweets are suddenly getting plenty of concern over whether Borderlands 3 might end up an Epic exclusive.

Aside from Borderlands 3's reveal trailer, 2K Games is yet to announce specific details about the game, such as the official release date and the platforms it will be available in.

In a response earlier this month, Pitchford tweets "What's wrong with that?"
