It has been reported that Bethesda has opened the next entry in The Elder Scross series - The Elder Scrolls: Blades to Early Access and some players have been already getting an email invitation to download the game. During early access, you must receive an invite to play the game. That particular mode isn't actually available in the game during beta though, so wait for that during the full launch. This means not everybody can play the Elder Scrolls Blades, and that includes people who registered. "Fights are settled using the touchscreen to slash [with] your sword, deflect oncoming attacks, cast a mighty bolt of lightning, and more".

After following the link to request early access, they will ask you a question about what device you intend to play on. An Android version is also available. To celebrate this milestone, Bethesda has done a number of different things, from giving Morrowind away for free on PC to announcing new updates for The Elder Scrolls Legends and Elder Scrolls Online. The game is offered in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Russian.

It might go without saying, but mobile users will need a fairly recent device in order to install and run The Elder Scrolls: Blades. If, on the other hand, you haven't signed up at all yet, you can still do that over on the official Elder Scrolls: Blades website. It's an Early Access version, so it is "in development and it may be unstable". Any progress and purchases during the Blades early access period will carry over to the main game.
