Lori Loughlin and her teenage daughters continue to face scrutiny after the 54-year-old actress was charged in connection to the massive college admissions cheating scandal that broke earlier in the week.

Legal experts say a lawsuit against universities in a college admissions scandal is unlikely to succeed in part because the plaintiffs who were named are now students at Stanford University.

"Hmm, I wonder if Sephora is going to remove Olivia Jade makeup product or do they endorse cheaters?" one Twitter user wondered in agreement.

It is claimed that the bribes of up to $500,000 were paid by her mother, famous actress Lori Loughlin (best known for her role in sitcom Full House), to get Olivia and her sister, Isabella, into USC on a rowing team scholarship.

We've learned 19-year-old Olivia was on Rick Caruso's yacht in the Bahamas.

In the midst of the ivy league bribing scandal, Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman aren't the ones getting most of the heat.

"Mostly, my parents really wanted me to go because both of them didn't go to college", she said.

Meanwhile, Loughlin, along with her husband Mossimo Giannulli (the founder of Mossimo clothing), allegedly paid $500,000 to have their 2 daughters designated as recruits for the USC crew team, despite the fact that they did not actually participate in crew.

Full House actress Lori Loughlin appeared in federal court in Los Angeles on Wednesday to face charges of taking part in a scheme in which dozens of wealthy parents are accused of paying for their children to cheat their way into prestigious United States universities.

This quote is now raising even more eyebrows after Olivia's mother (allegedly) scammed her into the University in the first place.

USC is reviewing the school's application process, officials said.

However, other social media users have since come to her defense. Parents made their payments to a sham charity that Singer ran, prosecutors said, which also allowed them to make a fraudulent tax write-off. She has lately become the queen of the Hallmark channel with her holiday movies and the series "When Calls the Heart".

Loughlin and Giannulli are due back in court March 29.

The schools involved included Georgetown University, Stanford University, UCLA, the University of San Diego, the University of Southern California, University of Texas, Wake Forest, and Yale.

Federal Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman Laura Eimiller says Loughlin is expected to surrender Wednesday morning in Los Angeles.

Giannulli was released Tuesday after posting a $1 million bond.

She appeared Tuesday in federal court in Los Angeles, where a judge set her bond at $250,000 and federal agents took her passport.

The two are among 50 people charged for taking part in the largest such scam in USA history, which steered students into elite universities including Yale, Georgetown and Stanford by cheating the admissions process.
