A Trump supporter attacked a BBC cameraman at a rally in El Paso, Texas Monday night.

Despite Trump's professed disdain for the media, he has long shown a hunger to make headlines and gain attention for himself.

The BBC has requested the White House review security for media attending President Donald Trump's rallies after an attack on one of its cameramen.

Eleanor Montague, Washington producer for the BBC, was also sitting in front of the camera with O'Donaghue and alleges other journalists were also attacked, though Skeans "got the brunt of it". He has often branded reporting he doesn't like as "fake news" and said that journalists are enemies of the people. The cameraman said he "didn't know what was going on".

The BBC reported that the Trump supporter pushed and cursed at Skeans during the rally and published video of the encounter that ends with the supporter being restrained and moved away from the media area. It takes seconds (we don't even need your address) and every dollar helps. "It is clearly unacceptable for any of our staff to be attacked for doing their job".

The man is heard shouting "f*** the media" before he is escorted away by the man in a black t-shirt.

He knows commentators will say this is "the price she has to pay" and that 'this is all part of the game.' He strongly disagrees. Meghan Markle and her father Thomas Markle have had all kinds of public drama since Meg married into the royal family.

Josh Adams and Owen Watkin scored a pair of tries after the break but there were too many errors to push for a bonus-point win. We didn't really get out of jail. "It wasn't a great performance today but sometimes you have to win ugly", said Gatland.

Montague, meanwhile, returned to Twitter to confirm that Skeans is okay. "Everything ok?" Before continuing with his speech, Trump flashed a thumbs up sign in Skeans' direction.

The BBC's Washington correspondent Gary O'Donoghue described Monday's incident as "an incredibly violent attack" in an interview with his employer.

The US President was addressing a rally in El Paso, Texas, which was being covered by a news team from the BBC.

"Look at all the press", he said as the crowd roared "boo".

In August the United Nations warned Trump's "strategic" attacks on the media increased the risk of journalists being targeted with violence. At an October 2018 rally, Trump brazenly celebrated an attack on American reporter Ben Jacobs, who was body-slammed to the floor in May 2017 after he asked then-candidate Greg Gianforte questions about health care.

"They won't mention the disparity tomorrow", Mr. Trump said of the media. According to the magazine, the El Paso police department is was "still gathering" information regarding the incident.
