If you don't use Google Fit, its free to download on Android.

Some of you might remember that Google Fit received a major update back in August, which brought a new design and some important improvements.

Moving inside the Google Fit app, you'll now get to see information about your most recent workout on the top along with a map of your activity if you were outdoors.

Users can better log daily activities and workouts. Other new features include a deeper workout report, including a Global Positioning System map, and the option to adjust intensity when manually adding a workout in the Journal tab. In other words, Google Fit now has your last workout displayed on your home screen, so you can check it out easier and faster than ever. The feature is useful whether you need a quick moment to meditate, help cooling down from a workout, or you're trying to wind down for bedtime.

All Fit users on Wear OS and Android should see this update this week.

It's not all work, either; the redesigned Google Fit for Wear OS watches now offers new breathing exercises to help you keep your cool during the last-minute Christmas shopping frenzy.

The only downside is that the breathing exercises are only available on Wear OS for now. The makeover added Move Minutes and Heart Points. This enables the app to analyze it more accurately and produce Heart Points (a reward for increasing your heart rate during exercise).
