It looks like Facebook and Instagram are now down for some.

Users of both platforms have reported being unable to open pages or sections on the apps, with Facebook's developer website confirming the company is now looking into the issue. This is the second time this month users of the platform reported the site not operating at its full potential.

Users flocked to Twitter on Tuesday to vent about the outage using the hashtags "FacebookDown" and "InstagramDown".

"We're aware that some people are now having trouble accessing the Facebook family of apps. We're working to resolve the issue as soon as possible", Facebook tweeted. The Facebook developer page has confirmed that the company is aware of the problem and they are working to fix it.
