The world's most delusional man has pretty much topped all his other self-aggrandizing feats with this: a painting of Trump sat down with former Republican presidents of years gone by, just enjoying a drink and a chinwag.

Another replaced all of the president's faces with Trump's own face, where another threw in the faces of several accused dictators.

Trump also called Thomas' home to talk about the piece. It has no curator - William Allman, who long held the post, retired past year and has yet to be replaced.

He said he has given no consideration to pardoning Paul Manafort, his former campaign chairman who was convicted of numerous financial crimes.

He broke with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's proposed changes to Social Security to control the deficit. He knows Issa showed the painting to Trump, because two weeks ago the president called to express his appreciation for the work.

"The new motto is Keep America Great", Trump said.
