Although the idea of Teslaquila originated in an April Fool's joke made by Musk about Tesla going bankrupt, accompanied by a picture of him pretending to be passed out against a Model 3, this isn't Elon just getting high again and doing some stupid shit.

The message, sent on August 7, said he had secured funding at $420 (£317) a share.

Tesla founder Elon Musk has refuted a report that James Murdoch, son of News Corp. owner Rupert Murdoch, may replace him as Tesla Inc. chairman in a short tweet. The company will be required to appoint an independent chairman and directors with no direct ties to Musk. The company needs to actually be making a product to obtain the trademark.
