Google upgrades its USB-C to 3.5mm adaptor

Even after making relaxing of Apple for removing the headphone jack in 2016, Google ended up removing the port itself accurate one yr later. Now, Google has decided that its $9 adapter is ready for retirement and has added a new dongle to its store page. While the reason behind this is to embrace wireless headphones, Google thankfully does provide a USB-C to 3.5mm adaptor for those who want to use wired headphones. The USB-C Digital to 3.5 mm headphone adapter apparently "works best on Pixel and other devices running Android P or higher", but ironically, Apple's own Lightning to 3.5 mm dongle is 3 bucks cheaper.

Google sent out invitations last September 6 for the release their newest Android-powered smartphone models, the Pixel 3 and the Pixel 3 XL. Google will unveil its subsequent slate of phones (and certain more) at an match in Unusual York City on October 9th.
