Heavyweight champion Wilder shouts 'bomb squad' at Belfast weigh

Wilder had an aggressive confrontation with Fury's father John, and then had to be separated from the British heavyweight, who will be in action at Windsor Park this weekend.

The seed has well and truly been planted, ladies and gentlemen.

WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder gatecrashed the weigh-in for Saturday's fight between Tyson Fury and Francesco Pianeta.

Pianeta weighed in lighter than Fury at 18st exactly.

Wilder (40-0, 39 KOs) had only landed in Belfast that afternoon but went straight to Fury's weigh-in at the Europa Hotel.

Wilder got into a freaky shouting match with Fury's father John and then clashed with Tyson himself as the pair traded insults. The Bronze Bomber essentially booked a flight to Belfast just to psychologically torment fellow Heavyweight boxer Tyson Fury.

Wilder is going to be ringside on Saturday night and is expected to confront Fury after the Pianeta fight.

Fury weighed in at 258lbs, some 18lbs lower than he was for his fight with Sefer Seferi in June. If Fury wins, Wilder plans to challenge him to a fight they've already discussed - right then and there.
