Keith Hernandez supports drilling Acuna: 'You've got to hit him'

In an unsportsmanlike move, Acuña Jr. was drilled by Marlins pitcher Jose Urena on the first pitch he saw on Wednesday night. Trainer George Poulis hovered over Acuna, who sat on the ground near the batter's box while players swarmed near the mound. I mean seriously knock him down if you don't hit him. "Fastest pitch he's thrown all year and it was clearly intentional and it wasn't right", Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman said.

Order appeared to be restored until Acuna walked near the mound while on his way to first, took off a protective wrap and tossed it toward the mound. I don't blame the Braves one bit for coming out of the dugout and bullpen to go after Urena. Acuna, who brought a streak of three straight leadoff homers into Wednesday's game, left in the second inning after taking the pitch to the left elbow and causing both benches to clear. That led to a protest from Marlins manager Don Mattingly.

Eileser Hernandez replaced Urena.

Husband detained in case of missing pregnant woman and 2 daughters
His confession came a day after authorities launched an investigation into their mysterious disappearance, reports said. Watts, 34, and her two daughters had been the subject of an intense search since they were reported missing on Monday.

So far, the news is good for Acuña with X-rays coming back negative according to USA TODAY.

Acuna, 20, made Major League Baseball history when he led off each of the first three games in the series against the Marlins with a home run to become the youngest player to hit a home run in five consecutive games. "If someone's hitting home runs, they're leaning all over that plate". Acuna had homered in five straight games, seven of eight, and was looking to lead off a game with a homer for the fourth straight game.
