'Game of Thrones' slays with a leading 22 Emmy nominations

With the nod - his seventh in a career that's spanned more than two decades - Dinklage becomes the most-nominated actor ever in the Emmys' best supporting actor category.

Hulu's "A Handmaid's Tale"-which won the award for best drama series last year-earned 20 nods". Silicon Valley and Curb Your Enthusiasm grabbed seven and four nominations each.

The top comedy nominee is Donald Glover's Atlanta, with 16.

The Emmy nominations are in and HBO's "Game of Thrones" leads the pack with 22 nominations.
