Citing witnesses, TMZ reported that the 20-year-old was shot in his auto after leaving a motorcycle dealer in South Florida. Deputies say he was robbed.

He said that if "worse things come to worse" and he dies before living out his dream, he hopes that the kids hear his message, can make something of themselves, and can bring something positive from his work.

"If I'm going to die or ever be a sacrifice, I want to make sure that my life made at least five million kids happy or they found some sort of answers or resolve in my life regardless of the negative around my name, regardless of the bad things people say to me", the rapper added.

According to the Miami New Times, XXXTentacion has "barely left his house" in the past few months due in part to what his lawyers call "modified house arrest".
