Meghan has never earned a major award nomination for Suits, so it would be a surprise if she did appear on the shortlist - we've got our fingers crossed! So for her first ever Buckingham Palace balcony appearance, the former TV actress couldn't be front and center like she was at her May 19 wedding. However, for some harsh critics, Meghan was showing off too much shoulder and they took to Twitter to vent the criticisms: "Off the shoulder is inappropriate day wear at the Trooping or any official engagement", one critic snapped during their commentary on the event. "She really wants his views", a source told the Daily Mail.

Meghan Markle's evening wedding gown was the last moment for her to reflect her joy and personality before joining the "serious" Royal family, the designer Stella McCartney has suggested. "There was no slight intended, but William being the older, more senior brother would go out [first] with his wife [Duchess Kate]".

However, as stunning as she looked, netizens were not amused.

She also wore pink for her very first royal outing on May 22, as well as an nearly identical hat.

But here's the kicker: Even though Eliz uses it to travel around the United Kingdom approximately once a month, according to Vanity Fair, it seems she's actually never invited Prince William, Prince Harry or Kate Middleton to step aboard. That means that if or when Prince William ascends to the throne, and Kate becomes queen consort, Meghan will have to curtsy to her. Prince Philip, Prince Charles, and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall were also in attendance.

Once everyone arrived, the family gathered together on the balcony to observe the iconic fly-past by the Royal Air Force. Her great-great grandmother Mary was born here and she says there's something magical about "fitting in a piece of the puzzle".
