Wisconsin's other senator, Republican Ron Johnson, voted yes. John McCain (R-AZ), who is home receiving treatment for brain cancer, was not able to vote.

A Senate Intelligence Committee voted 10-5 to endorse her as the next CIA director on Wednesday, paving the way for Thursday's vote.
