The network is no longer ordering new seasons for Will Forte's "The Last Man on Earth" and Kaitlin Olson's newbie series "The Mick".

This is a rough turn of events for a whole bunch of TV comedy fans, so we wanted to give you folks a place to mourn the loss of these shows.

While done at Fox, Brooklyn Nine-Nine may not be gone altogether.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine's demise is being particularly mourned by viewers who hailed the comedy show for its diverse cast and progressive nature; which included characters from the LGBTQ community. Lim-Manuel Miranda wants the show to be renewed for another season. Unfortunately, it seems like that same creative team was keen on keeping this thing going, for at least one more season. It surpassed other comedy series The Last Man On Earth and The Mick, which all received a 1.2 rating for adults 18-49. Though the show was on the bubble toward the end of its fifth season, a passionate section of its fan base made their voices heard via social media. "This is a fan reaction to a TV series cancellation the magnitude of which we have rarely seen", said Nellie Andreeva from Deadline.

The shows ran five, four and two seasons respectively, but will not return for the 2018-19 television season.

And while other fans led calls for a Netflix revival of the show, co-creator Dan Goor hailed fans for the "outpouring" of love.
