When you plug the JBL Link Bar into your TV, for example, you can then say "Hey Google" and ask it to play whatever TV show, movie or YouTube content you want to watch or listen to.

Use of the Android Things Console for software updates is limited to 100 active devices for non-commercial use. "These include Smart Speakers from LG and iHome and Smart Displays from Lenovo, LG, and JBL, which showcase powerful capabilities like Google Assistant and Google Cast". So, we could expect some upgrades to have on OS in the coming Google I/O 2018.

Google may have gone quiet on Android Things after its initial debut more than a year ago, but it has been hard at work on the effort.

The first Flutter Beta would be most likely announced in Google I/O 2018 so that developers can use it and give feedback.
