Juventus were dumped out of the Champions League after Real Madrid beat Juventus (agg: 4-3) in the Champions League quarter-final.

Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri said Tuesday he no longer wanted to hear about the post-match row after skipper Gianluigi Buffon was sent off after protesting a 92nd minute penalty with which Cristiano Ronaldo put Real Madrid into the Champions League semis after the Bianconeri had overturned a 3-0 home defeat.

Buffon later told the media that the English official had a "bag of rubbish for a heart" and the 40-year-old defended his actions on Italian television on Saturday.

"The decisions we make are a way of defining ourselves and making us what we want to be", Buffon explained to the reporters present.

"You find a way to speak, right or wrong, that at times can seem excessive - but this is me, I am Gigi Buffon". I am in harmony with the club, I go on vacation when the transfer window opens because I trust the club completely. It was a week that allowed me to experience strong emotions, beautiful, pure adrenaline.
