If the deal is completed, she will join Patty Jenkins as the second female superhero director in Warner's family, and the first Asian female tapped to direct a superhero film.

This is an historic move for Warner Bros. and DC - and a definitive win over Marvel Studios.

Harley Quinn has found her director. Yan only has one feature to her name: An indie film called "Dead Pigs" that won the World Cinema Dramatic Award For Ensemble Acting at Sundance earlier this year.

When the value is below 1, the company may not be generating enough cash from its operations to meet its interest obligations. In related news, EVP David Goeckeler sold 20,671 shares of Cisco Systems stock in a transaction on Thursday, March 15th.

Trump blamed the chemical attack on Syria and Russian Federation
The U.S. government has not generally supported arguments by human rights advocates for humanitarian interventions. U.S. stock index futures fell sharply on Wednesday amid rising tension between Russian Federation and America.

The Syrian Armed Forces later said the USA and its Western allies fired a total of one-hundred-and-ten missiles from manned aircraft and ships.

The girl gang movie is being written by screenwriter Christina Hodson, and it will be produced by Robbie, Kroll & Co Entertainment's Sue Kroll, and Clubhouse Pictures' Bryan Unkeless. The film is expected to be based on the "Birds of Prey" comics storyline and feature numerous female characters from the DC universe teaming up with Robbie's Harley. It's not confirmed if all these characters will make it to the final cut of the film. Hodson is also writing "Batgirl" for DC.

The film is looking to start production within the year. She is still negotiating to star with Leo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. The other Harley Quinn films are still under construction. That's all very encouraging, especially to those of us who could've maybe done with 75% less gratuitous Harley Quinn ass-shots in Suicide Squad. "Dead Pigs" tells the story of a group of people in Shanghai, China figuring out their lives in the aftermath of a mysterious stream of pig carcasses floating into the city.

Yan is repped by CAA and attorney Jerry Dasti of Sloss Eckhouse Law.
