Dickinson said he called her while she was doing a modelling shoot in Bali. Cosby says his sexual encounter with Constand was consensual, asserting through his lawyers that she set him up to score a big payday. "It is a he said, she said, but what I think they're hoping in the current climate, you'll be prejudiced".

"He smelled like cigars and espresso and his body odor", she said.

Mesereau suggested that Baker-Kinney had called her sister the day after the alleged sex assault and told her only that she got too drunk, not that she had taken pills.

Janice Baker-Kinney testified at Cosby's sexual assault retrial outside Philadelphia.

Janice Baker-Kinney testified against Bill Cosby at his sexual assault retrial on April 12, 2018, in Norristown, Pa.

Onetime supermodel Janice Dickinson regaled a courtroom audience on Thursday with a stream of anecdotes from her heyday, everything from partying at Studio 54 to having sex with actor Sylvester Stallone.

Dickinson is just one of many women - more than 30, to be exact - to accuse Cosby of rape or sexual assault.

'Here was America's dad on top of me, a happily married man with five children and I remember how wrong it was, how very, very wrong it was, ' she said.

Cosby's attorneys are expected to cross-examine Constand, including about the almost $3.4 million settlement she received.

Dickinson says she told her ghostwriter, Pablo Fenjves, and her publisher, Judith Regan, "exactly what happened to me" but was advised by both not to write about the rape.

The next morning, Dickinson allegedly awoke with vaginal pain and noticed semen between her legs. "I was in shock".

But Lublin now believes she was assaulted and that she never trusted Cosby enough to be alone with him again. I hadn't said yes.

But she was not able to begin sparring until March, just weeks before the Games began, severely impacting her preparation. She kept the fire burning to win the national title in Sydney in November, but by then, she desperately needed surgery.

"I wanted to hit him, I wanted to punch him in the face", she said. And I'm telling the real story!'

When she woke up, she was sore and remembers her pajamas were halfway off, she testified. "It's all a fabrication there because I wanted the paycheck for my kids", she said, adding that the ghost writer had taken "poetic license".

Prosecutors are calling Dickinson and different accusers to the witness stand to indicate the 80-year-old comic has a historical past of drugging and molesting girls. After singing for them, she went to one of Cosby's shows and then had dinner.

Under sustained cross-examination, defense lawyer Tom Mesereau exposed inconsistencies between what she told police, said today and in testimony given under oath for the civil suit in 2006.

"I mentioned it to the gentlemen at the table and Cosby said, 'I have something for that.' And I was given a blue pill", Dickinson said.

Cosby's first trial in Norristown, a Philadelphia suburb, ended in a hung jury in June, with a sequestered panel hopelessly deadlocked after six days of testimony and 52 hours of deliberations.

In response, Dickinson claimed that the story in her book was made up.

"You have absolutely no idea if you were sexually assaulted", Bliss said. "I wanted the paycheque from the book".

Constand followed five previous women who also alleged they were drugged and assaulted by Cosby, a man they looked up to as a mentor and who often befriended their families to win trust. Plus, she said, she "was broke and needed money to pay for my children's education". Dickinson had a Polaroid camera with her, she said, and snapped photos of Cosby in the room wearing a colorful robe and talking on the telephone. From the stand, she told the jury that luminaries including Gore Vidal, Robert De Niro and Margaret Trudeau could be spotted on the dance floor, she testified.

She said she was "very scared" about going to police because "he was a Temple trustee". When Mesereau pressed her about untrue aspects of the book, she shot back, "So what?"

"When you don't have a case, you have to fill the time with something else", Mesereau said.

Baker-Kinney said the "blurb" that appeared beneath her photograph in New York Magazine - a point of contention with Cosby's defense - was derived from an interview she gave after she had released her lengthier statement with Gloria Allred.
