Munish Dabas, User Experience Engineer at Google Maps, recently said in a blog post that Google has collaborated with the Japanese video game maker, Nintendo which is also the creators of the Mario game to bring Mario to Google Maps and accompany all users for their driving adventures using the app for one week.

To celebrate Mario Day (aka: MAR10), Google Maps have released a new update that will let you navigate the road as Mario Kart. Maps were transformed into a Ms. PacMan game for April Fool's Day 2017 and, in 2015, figures from "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" appeared in Google Maps.
