UFC announcer Joe Rogan offers up insight and thoughts into Saturday night's main event at UFC on FOX 27 between Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza and Derek Brunson.

It's an interesting fight, and not only because Souza KO'd Brunson back in 2012, when the two were fighting for Strikeforce. A perennial contender in the UFC middleweight division, Jacare continued to establish why he constantly sits near the top of the division. The pair met previously under the Strikeforce banner, with the Brazilian Souza knocking out Brunson in just 41 seconds. At 38, had his time passed? After some early rushing combos from Brunson, Jacare timed a ideal head kick that dropped Brunson as he followed up with a huge uppercut and a series of hooks that all dropped a wobbly Brunson while he failed to defend himself, leading to a referee stoppage. It was one of these counter rights that then set up a big head kick halfway through the first that had Brunson staggering into the corner of the Octagon.
