David Otunga Reportedly Cleared in Domestic Violence Investigation

Otunga's lawyer sent a statement to TMZ, in which David "denies each and every allegation" Hudson has made against him. That's when Otunga allegedly pushed her with both of his hands to get her out.

She called for her security guard, but he did not hear her.

According to TMZ, David Otunga, the estranged husband of Jennifer Hudson will not be charged for an alleged domestic violence incident with the singer as the police have now completed their investigation and have chose to close the case and not charge Otunga. After the incident, she filed a report to the police in Burr Ridge, IL. Hudson eventually voluntarily dropped the order of protection and the two were able to reach a temporary custody agreement for the holidays. It turned out to be a toy gun, and it was removed from the house.

Meanwhile, Jennifer has been keeping quite busy, and will next appear in the drama Monster, which is scheduled to hit theaters on January 22.
