"It is very disappointing that her ex-husband betrayed her confidence by secretly, and without her knowledge, recording a private and deeply personal conversation and then subsequently released the recording to her media without her consent", said the statement from Scott Simpson, a St. Charles, Mo., attorney representing the woman.

She asked Greitens to "please consider all who are involved and the circumstances around us".

Eric Greitens was not seen or heard from Thursday following his shock admission of an extramarital affair, as allegations of blackmail - which he has vehemently denied - and other misconduct continued to swirl.

That ad features audio of the now-imprisoned Blagojevich and Pritzker discussing the possibility of Blagojevich appointing Pritzker attorney general. Most important, he said during the campaign, was his role as "a proud husband and father".

"If this is all there is and there's no other revelations that come out about this instance or certainly if there's no other women, then I do think he survives", Hancock said.

The affair was "a deeply personal mistake", the statement said.

A Democratic state senator in Missouri is calling for Gov. Eric Greitens to resign after the Republican acknowledged he cheated on his wife. KMOV also concealed the identity of the woman's ex-husband to protect her identity. She says Greitens has called for an end to the "culture of corruption" and that it is time for him to "walk the walk".

More flooding along St. Clair River threatens homes, roads
Ice jams are much more hard to predict than typical river flooding, because they can happen anywhere with little to no warning. Snowmelt or rain on top of snow can occur, along with the breakup of a jam, and increase the level of flooding.

Hulu and Steven Spielberg are bringing back 'Animaniacs'
Animaniacs follows the Warner siblings and their escape from the Warner Bros. tower after being locked inside for a long time. The new series is set to debut in 2020, as what Hulu is calling their first original series made specifically for families.

"I would characterize each of these allegations taken as a whole creates a stew that's pretty bad", said state Rep. Gina Mitten, a Richmond Heights Democrat. It came after St. Louis television station KMOV reported that Greitens had a sexual relationship with his former hairdresser in 2015.

Through his attorney, Greitens, 43, also denied an allegation from the ex-husband that Greitens slapped the woman, saying any accusation of violence is "completely false". She said returning to the salon "isn't fair to me, nor anyone close to us" and that she needed to "move forward".

The lawyer for a man who says Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens had an affair with his now ex-wife says the Federal Bureau of Investigation has contacted him several times since October 2016 about the affair. He also told her that he'd erased the photo, she says on the recording. She said on the tape that he invited her downstairs at his home because he wanted to show her "how to do a proper pull-up".

Attorney Al Watkins said Thursday that he doesn't know if the FBI is conducting a criminal investigation.

Greitens' statement with his wife, Sheena, didn't address the affair specifically or the allegations, but in a separate statement Greitens' attorney, Jim Bennett, said, "There was no blackmail and that claim is false".

Bennett denied that authorities are involved. Andrew Koenig of Manchester, say the governor should step down if the blackmail allegations are true. His wife, Sheena Chestnut Greitens, is an assistant professor of political science at the University of Missouri, and a nonresident senior fellow at the Center for East Asian Policy Studies at the Brookings Institution in Washington. Much of her research focuses on China and North Korea. They have two sons, Joshua and Jacob. The governor was married once before and divorced in 2003.

Various Republican voters and officials interviewed Friday by The Associated Press expressed disappointment about the affair but said they continue to support Greitens. "Anything reported otherwise is untrue and we will explore pursuing all legal action", he told U.S. media as the new allegation was revealed.
