The 21 year old French worldwide has been one of the hottest prospects in world football and both Arsenal and Liverpool are looking at him to fill voids in their squads.

And with Liverpool losing Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona on a £142m deal, the Reds are now reported to be interested in signing Lemar as a replacement.

The Gunners need serious reinforcement and Lemar would offer that.

Speaking to the media this week, Monaco coach Leonardo Jardim refused to rule out a sale this transfer window.

Whether either club offers a deal that they can not say no to is yet to be seen but they seem to be open to decent offers.

"Today, the market is open".

Building the transportation mobility cloud
Each of those driverless cars will be connected to Ford's cloud, allowing partners like Lyft to manage self-driving fleets. This year it was Chief Executive Jim Hackett on stage, but he continues what has become a Ford tradition at the event.

Two Vietnamese nationals were charged with receiving stolen goods on a small tanker named Prime South , the documents showed. The police also froze the men's bank accounts to prevent the suspected criminal proceeds from being dissipated.

Capitol Chat: Gov. Brown's Final Budget
Because of Proposition 13 , Brown said the legislature is more involved in local decision-making and local funding today. Brown said Wednesday that the state is projecting a $6.1 billion surplus for the next fiscal year, which begins July 1.

Coutinho's move to the Camp Nou is the second biggest transfer of all-time and, though Liverpool have already reinvested £75m on Virgil Van Dijk, the Dutchman's move to Anfield was allocated from last summer's budget and Jurgen Klopp still has around £100m to spend. You know how insane the market is. With surging interest of the top clubs in their prized possession, Monaco have made a decision to encash big on Lemar and have demanded a whopping £90 million for his services. "What I tell you today can be different tomorrow".

"But the month is long and many things could happen".

"If I stay here for 10 years I want Lemar to stay with me for 10 years".

The 28-year-old could join the Nerazzurri on a six-month loan deal, according to the Turin-based newspaper, as he seeks to play his way into the World Cup plans of England manager Gareth Southgate.

Ozil and Sanchez will become free agents in the summer; however, the latter could be on the move this month with Manchester City favourites to land the Chilean. I wouldn't rule it out, but I don't see him beating down their door saying "it's now or never" because I don't think it is.
