Pokken Tournament DX DLC 'Battle Pack' announced, adds playable Aegislash and Blastoise

As part of today's surprise Nintendo Direct Mini, an announcement was made about the Pokémon fighting game Pokkén Tournament DX.

Those looking for new Pokemon to battle with in Pokken Tournament DX can rest east.

The paid content will be released in two waves. Support Pokemon Mew and Celebi also come with this wave. Pokken Tournament DX released for the Nintendo Switch last September which brought new modes and playable characters to the vibrant fighter. Wave 1 will feature new playable character, "Aegislash", as well as support characters Mega Rayquaza and Mimikyu.

Wave 1 will be available on January 31st and Wave 2 will be available on March 23rd. The Battle Pack also comes with new outfits for your in-game avatar, and these outfits are available now upon purchase of the Battle Pack. The individual waves, unfortunately, can't be purchased individually.
